So toy has blue tooth & u connect app & toy. For long distance you make your own room send it via text they clip & paste the room ID & both now are in room & both can control in room. The free touch option where you use in Bluetooth & do a drawing kind of motion SHOULD be an option in the distance option as well.

Great customer service with the best products on the market! However... I can't get either this app, or Feel Connect to operate Alex. Both say connected, and Feel Connect at least works on FeelX, so I'm stumped as to why not directly on Alex. The "loss" of some functionality I thought I had has taken a little gloss off, but the product itself remains flippin' amazing!

Most options disappear once the device connect to the app to end up having the exact same option than without any app. This is a very deceiving experience.

Basically unusable. We spent more time trying to get it to reconnect than actually using it because the connection broke so frequently. Sometimes when connection broke, it shut off, but sometimes in was stuck on whatever setting was active with no way to turn it off. When it was fully charged the battery read 77% when it hit 20%, it would not connect for more than 5 seconds before disconnecting. And the music function only uses localusic files. It should connect to Spotify or Apple Music.

1. Bluetooth's connection not stable (hardware issue the app needs to account for) 2. When toy disconnects, no automatic reconnect. It just stays off. 3. No notification of disconnect. It seems like partner just isn't sending commands to toy unless he asks if it's working. 4. Can't reconnect without navigating completely out of session. 5. Partner can't see that it's disconnected, thinks they're still controlling it for hours. 6. Session reset keeps partner from rejoining session.
