Pathetic. Management is too poor. To me, they asked a month's time to set processes, but dint followed up even in a year, someone called up after a year without knowing anything and asked for payment. I have everything written over email with date as an evidence to my statement. They comit anything just to sell. Ask for demo, don't purchase without using it. We followed up with them, but zero response.
