I don't know what the issues are for others but this app works quite well for me and the customer support is great! I've had a couple hiccups hear or there, but support was able to help. I couldn't even imagine performing property inspections without it.

This app literally does nothing any more other than launch the mobile website. It adds zero value. Update: To dev response, the app literally has no
more functionality than a bookmark in chrome. So why even have an app? It
literally does NOTHING. Your statement about device compatibility is
patently false. If you believe this, you should fire your mobile dev team.
Actually, your whole dev team. Even the web UX is abysmal.

Never finds my location on Galaxy Note 4. It always says no properties nearby. Says latitude and longitude are zero. I was hopeful this would be a nice complement tob Web portal. Instead, it's useless. I have checked that location services are ON

*New issue-cannot log in. It keeps showing the error message-Invalid URI. I've tried reinstalling it and tried the other versions of the app. You can only check one street at a time on the app and can't view all current violations at once. It also doesn't show the pictures on the app. I also hate having to log in every time I close the app.
