It's a Good initiative by WB govt., when I tested this app on my phone I found a bug on the options screen. The bug is about the "Report your conservancy" screen, when I open any of the two options given, sometimes I've noticed that the app scroll bar freezes which prevents me from scrolling down to the bottom of the app Page. I've also noticed issues with the exit popup, it doesn't work in some cases, and I had to close it through the task screen.

Useless app for a gimmick. The complaints get resolved by taking the opposite side photo and marking it as resolved whereas the garbage remains as it is. Nothing but an eyewash from the government. Should be given a 0 star

This app may be useful for municipal areas, but what about the people living under Gram Pantheists??? For years, roads in our area have remained waterlogged, causing severe inconvenience to residents, yet there is no option to report such issues through this app.... If this is meant to be a public grievance platform, why are Penchant areas excluded? Rural citizens also face problems like waterlogging, damaged roads, drainage issues, and sanitation concerns.....

The app is not taking our pin code, and we don't have the option to write the pin code of our municipality as well, for that I couldn't file the complaint of drainage block
