This fills a gap for ppl like myself who, for some reason, received their cert only on paper but not as PDF. The official Covid tracker app here in Ireland can scan paper certs and store them within the app, but it cannot export them as file. That means you can only store certs on a device which has a camera and which supports the app. That is way too restrictive IMO. This app lets you scan and export to google drive which is perfect. The only downside is the suboptimal JPG format. PNG or a vector format would be more suitable for storing QR codes.

Warning? 🤔 What app is this? Uninstalling right now! "Warning! This file is not valid!" It was about my Covid certificate PDF freshly issued by a Ministry of Health, but valid for another app. I got scared!

I can't seem to remove a cert that I uploaded on the app. There is no option to remove it. I had to have a cert updated and re issued and wanted to remove the old one. When I uninstall the app and re-install it the cert is still there.

Ads? Really? Monetizing a pandemic? You have no shame. Plus, the app is too slow to start. And sends notifications about getting a rating. Software devs did not get hit much by the pandemic, you could have made it for free, as a small contribution to humanity. Comparing yourself to the doctors is even worse. But you do it anyway. But this was not enough: you had to bother me with review requests.
