All was going well until I changed my phone to Samsung A71 and now the playback refuses to work. Come on Swann, this app hasn't kept up with new phones abd not been updated since 2017. Suppose Swann won't even acknowledge this message.

It used to be a good system, but something has changed, and I am unable to use my phone to check the cameras. Swann can not fix my issue and now looking at a better brand system. Buyer beware of using Swann.

21/11/22 app is still not working. Can not view cameras from phone. CAN YOU PLEASE FIX ASAP? Will go to the ACCC if not fixed by the end of the month. 3/11/22 app still not working! 27/10/22 Still not working 20/10/22 App does not work 😡 Swann making excuses that it's the internet connect. Works one day and not the next (Hasn't worked for a while) Nothing has changed with my internet in 4 years. Nothing has changed. Just fix the app!!
