App won't let me log in, tried multiple times. It always says that it can't communicate with the server at this time.

Downloaded the app and there is not a welcome page. There isn't an option to create a new account. Upon entering my account number and my account password, I was rejected multiple times. I attempted to reset my password and was told that my account # and last 4 of my phone # were wrong. This is a terrible app and needs a complete overhaul.

Poor update, I downloaded the update, and it erased my existing login info. So I tried to use the reset password function and put in my account number and last four of my phone number. I stated that it has sent a password, but I never received a txt or email, so I'm still locked out. Did they even bother to test this? BTW the previous version looked a little dated but worked perfectly for me, this is now very pretty but pretty much worthless.
