Give my money back! I booked a photographer in Laban Bajo weeks ago, and I've paid 100% of the fee just as they asked (which is weird, usually photographers only ask for DP first, but I had no choice because I couldn't find any photographers there). The in-app chat keeps crashing, and I'm not allowed to get the photographer's phone number, the photoshoot should be tomorrow, yet there's no update at all. Where will I meet him? What if he was late? Unbelievable, what people do to steal money.

Thanks Nab the manager for cancelling our appointment in the US. First they informed there's a change of photographer, then cancelled 3 days prior because of covid situation. Everyone everywhere has this problem but handle it professionally pls. Beware of these guys, we booked weeks prior, spent thousands of $ to fly, MUA, hotels for nothing but apologies through chat. Asked them at least to CALL me to explain, CS didn't even bother. LOL what a joke hati2 Pikir2 dulu guys sebum book. Hahaha

The service is too expensive when compared to the results. After the editing from Sweet Escape, the resolution of the photos just dropped significantly, and they are similar to the photos taken from phone (only around 3 MB). They even charge more money for extra low-res photos. Not worth it.
