Nice design, easy to use. Save me a lot of time getting line. All their store is so busy, so this app is saving my life. Now I just have to order ahead of time and come in to pick up. No line, no waiting anymore. I'm a huge fan of Sweet Hut, and I'm so happy to see their app launched.

Previously I had given the app a negative review because it wasn't letting me load my card and the sliding bar to load a custom amount wasn't working. After talking to multiple customer service reps who did little for me, Bruce reached out to me and was equally confused because I was still on an older version of the app with no updates showing available. I finally ended up uninstalling and reinstalling, which I had tried before and failed, but this time it works.

The app worked smoothly in every aspect except for paying. There is no option to put in credit card information and when I hit "reload card" a gray screen comes up with no further input/instruction. Unfortunately this means I could not place my order and had to give up and go to the website.

This app could be so much better. I downloaded it and tried to sign up. I was successful until I got to the part where it asked for a credit card number. I put in my info, and it said card not recognized. I went over to the order tab and was asked to log in. I tried to log in, and it says I don't have an account. I go to register again, and it says I can only register one account per device. So I have no way to log on. I just want to order my Boba and skip the long lines :'(
