The predicted bus arrival time is incredibly accurate. Nagivation is close
to non-functional in my area. A lot of info is presented on the screen at a
time and it's intimating at first.

For my VTA express bus this app has been very accurate reporting location and departure time. Once I selected my route, using the app requires nothing more than launching it and glancing at the screen. One thing press shows the realtime map and another press returns to the summary screen. The only thing I might change is having an option to keep the bus location showing on the realtime map instead of needing to zoom out and scroll around to find the bus.

On the swiftly website they have a list of Golden Gate transit arrivals. On
top of the page, it said "For real-time vehicle positions and arrival ETAs,
please download the Swiftly mobile app here". I downloaded the app, and
theres nothing at all about Golden Gate transit. Why mislead people into
downloading an app that they have no use for. I only use Golden Gate
Transit, I don't use Petaluma Transit, or Sonoma County transit so as of
now, it does me no good. Cool concept though, this is something people
really need! I hope one day you'll actually have realtime Golden Gate
Transit info available. I'll download it again if that ever happens. In the
meantime, I think you should remove the misleading information from your
Golden Gate Transit bus schedule/arrival times webpage, which claims that
real time golden gate transit arrivals are available in your app. People
generally don't respond well to being misled into downloading apps that
don't serve a purpose.

The User Interface (ui) is lacking and does not use light rail options for Denver. I can't even consider using routes that will take 3-5x longer on bus transit only. There are also lacking options of alternate routes. For these reasons: uninstalled.
