It is a great system for running a meet. Tge only hang up is that it doesn't work well with android phones.

Needs to be updated to support Android 11! Half of our eligible timmers can't time because their phones are on Android 11 and just sit and spin after entering the 4-digit code. Coaches swimmingly tablet can see the Android devices in their app but says they keep kicking out!

Unable to be a timer for my son's neighborhood swim meet because my phone will not update. Embarrassing and disappointing.

I have used my Android phone for timing summer swim meets for 5 years. I have never had a problem with the app and my phone until this summer. I couldn't scan the required qr code to log in as a timer. In the past it had been a numerical code rather than a qr code. The back-up phone (Apple) would not scan the qr code. Very disappointed with the current version of this app.
