Pool and grounds were beautiful. Sheryl was super nice and accommodating. We had a great time! Hope to go back again.

The pool is private and surrounded by tall trees. There's easy access to the deck and indoor bathroom. We enjoyed an afternoon in the pool shooting hoops, floating on rafts and swimming with our poodle. Amy is a gracious host. It was a great time.

The suggestion I have is that the renter should not be charged unless the pool owner actually communicates with the renter. I rented a pool, was charged, the owner never communicated and wasn't home when I arrived. Now I have to wait to see if the owner "approves" my refund? This part seems like a bad business model.

Such a bad customer service experience. Although it was supposed to be a "live agent," it definitely is still AI. I had a $50 credit that randomly disappeared. According to the agent, it expired within 30 days, but I definitely saw it more than 6 months after and was waiting for a special occasion to use it. Sadly, even though they sent this up to someone higher in the team, I was simply told that it expired & basically an "oh well, learn how to earn more credits." Use resort pass, not simply.

I used the app to book an event. I had to cancel and somehow chose Simply credits as the refund option. After not seeing the refund for a week I checked the app. When I told them about the mistake they said there was nothing they can do because they can not overturn the credits back to the card. This is something that needs to change. I will never recommend anyone to use this app and I hope they change that policy. Good luck to all who use this.
