Our three generation family celebrated our summer birthdays at Paradise Found, a Simply listed pool. The pool was the perfect temperature, and we enjoyed swimming, diving and floating. Shaded areas for relaxing near the pool. The hosts were wonderful. Booking was quick and easy. Highly recommend!!

It’s a good option for getting clients, but they don’t have a direct customer service number 📱; everything is handled via chat, and resolutions are very slow 😪. There was one instance where a client modified her booking while she was actually at my house—reducing the hours and the payment I received—and Simply did nothing 😪. They could have at least blocked her account, but they did nothing at all.

Smh let me find a pool under allows dogs tab allowed me to pay, and now the host says no dogs, and I can't get a cash refund You gotta pay 1st then be confronted with issues BS

Was a great app back in 2021. Very bad experience recently, customer service is only on the Host side, they don't care about the guest that paid good money for a terrible service.
