Absolutely vile. Had over $1000 of transactions "voided" after they were approved in person. I was told this was due to a "technical issue" that they'll be attempting to fix in their next update. Zero support or attempt at resolution. Also, their deposit method is scattered random amounts throughout the week instead of being able to make deposits yourself out of your balance total. You have to go through at the end of the month to make sure your deposits match your transactions.

One of the worst card readers I have ever dealt with ran my transactions been 9 days and still fighting for my first transaction been 4 days for my second transaction and still have not received any of my money, but they had no problem taking there money for the transaction, and I'm still out of my money as of 9 days later kind of hard to run a good business when you can't get your funds from them in a reasonable time like 24hrs like they said all they promise is lies extra fees they don't even exp

App is okay at best, company is utter trash. I made an account with my business attached to it and these fools claim that somehow that even though they have my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND MY NAME it's not possible for them to put MY money into MY personal account with the name they have on file for my account. Now they want signed notarized forms to change any information when they never needed that info to. Set the account up. Nor did they do any due diligence to check the account
