⭐ 1 STAR — SERIOUS FOOD SAFETY CONCERN Extremely disappointing experience with Swish. I ordered food through the app and found a cockroach in the food. This is a serious food safety issue, not a minor inconvenience. After eating the food, I also started feeling unwell. I reported the matter to customer support and provided photographic evidence. Unfortunately, I did not feel that the seriousness of the food safety complaint was properly addressed. Offering a refund does not resolve the underlay

I've had a frustrating experience and wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I placed an order and waited around 1 hour 10 minutes. Then, the customer team called me and said that delivery couldn't be tracked from the kitchen side due to some technical issues. They suggested using alternative apps if I really wanted to get your order.

Very disappointing experience with Swish lately. The food quality has gone down a lot and sometimes the food feels contaminated or not fresh, which is very concerning when ordering meals online. Despite charging very high prices for normal food items, the quality and hygiene standards are not being maintained properly. Customer support is also not helpful and does not handle complaints seriously. For the amount being charged, customers deserve much better food quality, hygiene, and service.
