Amazing app ...everything under one app and very secure ...lots of checks even when you call them.

The issue I was complai.ing about yesterday is fixed now. Although it was frustrating to face the issue, I have to admit it was fixed fast. Thank you for that.

1) Please bring/support dark mode 2) Please show whether a transaction was eligible for cashback (Cashback cards) Edit 25/08/2022 -> More Feedback: 3) Please add Google Pay support for the AMEX 4) Please let me show the card details in the App (like CEM BRA or Vise ca does it)
★★☆☆☆
The web access was disabled and discontinued. Even though there is a trend for using mobile apps in the domains of mobility, this does not happen in the financial domain where people want to plan and understand their spend. The functionality available in the app is very juvenile when compared to the website. The only positive is that the updates are more realtime than before. Besides that, it completely lacks what is needed to do good financial management on a daily basis. This idea to just go mobile is just not useful. At minimum, a similar web function is to be supported. You do reference that It has become apparent that customer needs are developing more and more in the direction of mobile solutions. This is needed but without cancelling web browsing which is the main domain used to consolidate information. This statement in no way should be interpreted as web no longer being useful. Would like to convey that forcing the usage of an app to replace the website is neither good customer friendly nor going in the direction of better digital experience. You advertise this as being more modern, but reality is that you are giving a subpar service. Any person that takes seriously the management of their money, relies on web browsing experience, to be able to manage multiple displays, open windows to the different banks which we work, and our own excel or applications that we use to consolidate our portfolio. This idea of eliminating the web portal is absurd, and does certainly not satisfy a big chunk of your customer base. It might make sense to reduce the costs of your development to just one platform, but in this case you are selecting the incorrect platform, you need to support both IOS and Android for sure, so better that you invest in some technology in the background that allows you to support both major players in the mobile industry and web and HTML. Am extremely disappointed to see such a decision, which goes against the interests of your customers, and feel just as arrogant by imposing your own views of the world. If you really care with customer service, you should have emails for us to communicate with your service instead of old call center technology. It is more efficient since we do not have to wait for a window of opportunity to talk, but of course, there are urgent situations that require a phone call, such as losing a credit card. Thus, the fact that there is something more modern doesn't make a company with good sense to replace by this technology as if it was the silver bullet to all world problems. From many of the comments looks like I am not alone, that should tell your services that this was certainly not a good decision. This type of feedback from your customer should go to the board of directors so that they can correct such a bad decision. Hope this helps to bring light to your company to what customers really want.

Pathetic, Previously an email reminder was sent with the statement-mark as to be done and take care of it later.... Now the app sends a reminder, when you close it - that's it, no further reminder. I have this card for work, I am often abroad, without the reminder I have missed the payment, well thank you swisscard, apparently we want this? Submit Expenses - don't think so....cannot print transactions until statement generated.....4/5 weeks later....
★★☆☆☆
I miss the browser app. Specifically, I want to update my password, but the android app is incompatible with 1Password, won't let me paste the new password, so I have to settle for a less secure pass instead...
