Great app and product. I LOVE it!! I have had the SwitcheOn for about a month now. I control a battery charger and an oil sump heater from home, 30 miles away. It has worked flawlessly. Support is also great. When first got it I accidently programmed an empty automation which caused my unit to turn off. I didn't notice the blank automation and contacted Support. He got back to me the same day and told me what the problem was. It's been great ever since. I strongly recommend this product.

Absolutely fantastic. Works immediately, crisp commands for on/off activation, great support. Used to operate aircraft preheater system 20 miles away; very critical for flights, winter operations, and safe use. Works flawlessly in very tough Montana conditions. Amazing.

Why cannot all iot devices connect this seamlessly. Its almost automatic. I have every iot device on the planet and the way you connect to the cloud is always challenging. You just scan the qr code and it connects.

I have fiddled around and fiddled around and cannot get the app to scan the box and there is no help.

The app takes a step backwards. It will let you turn a channel on for five minutes to ten hours but removed the options to turn on and off by time or temperature. For example, you can't schedule a time to turn on your block heater.
