This app is really helpful for forcing me to stay off certain apps throughout the day. Setting up a QR code should be in settings but was hard to find since it isn't, and there's no way to save it (I had to screenshot). There needs to be more options for enabling/disabling. I want to enable with a tap but disable with a QR OR NFC, not be limited to one or all. I don't like that I have to trek through my house to get my QR code, so I can turn blocking on. That will be less incentive to use it.

Such a great app that does exactly what I need. Much better alternative to expensive products like Brick, Bloom, etc. Just buy some NFC tags to go along with the app. You can turn on/off/toggle/disable temporarily app restrictions all with NFC tags. Everything is smooth and extremely user-friendly, especially for non-tech people. 10/10

I've been using Switchly for a few weeks now and it's great. It can limit how much time you can use an app per day, or completely block apps within times set by you, or both. It's made a huge difference to me, stopping me from mindless scrolling of social media. It's helping me reset my brain, so I only use social media when I *want* to, rather than filling any quiet moment with brain rot. Combine the app with an NFC tag, and you have a free/cheap version of those expensive 'Brick' things.
