Switchyard

One switch. A different route. Can you keep the factory flowing?

Switchyard is a conveyor-routing puzzle game where timing matters. Trace the belts, tap a switch before the next parcel arrives, and deliver each color and symbol to the truck that needs it. Getting cargo there in the right order is the puzzle.

MAKE THE ROUTE WORK
A short route is not always the right route. Send a parcel around a loop to delay its arrival. Use a crane to reach another lane. Park cargo in a buffer bay, then release it when the next truck is ready. Reverse a shared conveyor only when the lane is clear.

FROM ONE SWITCH TO A BUSY FACTORY
Solve 80 handcrafted shifts across nine factory districts. Later puzzles combine changing truck orders, merging belts, raised crossings, different conveyor speeds and multiple machines. Read the whole route, choose your moment, and enjoy a clean dispatch when your plan comes together.

KEEP IMPROVING YOUR FLOW
Clear shifts to advance, then return for Perfect and Planner stars. Earn gold and supply crates, choose tools for harder jobs, and practice those tools before spending charges. Take on three daily Rush Orders and a weekly contract for a different set of demands.

PLAY AT YOUR PACE
Retries are free, with no lives or energy limits. Play the campaign offline. Choose factory finishes, adjust Music and Effects separately, toggle haptics, or use Reduced Effects for a calmer presentation.

Start playing for free. We know ads can be annoying, but they help us support and improve our games. A one-time Factory Pass purchase removes automatic ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available when you want extra bonuses. Gold and Toolbox purchases are optional; retries never require an ad or a purchase.

Recent changes:
Refill any unlocked supply with an optional rewarded ad: one charge when stock is below 3, up to 10 supply refills daily across all tools. Gold pack purchases remain available.
Using supplies now keeps normal truck and replay Gold earnings. Perfect and Planner goals still require an unassisted run.
