Worst taxi firm ever! (Drivers are good no problem with them) but the company itself is awful, frankly they couldn't give a damn if taxis are late or don't arrive at all! I've lost 2 jobs due to their taxis not even turning up and even if you book them a couple of hours in advance they'll still be late!!!! It's not the drivers fault, it's the company owners and office administrators and computer failures who are to blame. So NEVER, book this company if you need to get somewhere on time.

His service was terrible, first he got my drop off destination wrong, then he falsely accused me of vaping in his car as I held my phone, I told him I don't smoke I don't vape, I don't drink, and I will never do such in his car even if I did vape, your driver still insisted several times and demanded I show him my both hands which I did just to prove my point, and he didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for his false accusation and terrible service, I will never want that particular driver

Normally the fare is as quoted on the App with Swoop i.e. this time, £9:40 - £11:00 This time it was above by £0:40.? We have used Swoop regularly now, and never an issue, always a great service drivers and cars normally offer an exceptional service and 5 stars are normally awarded. ... Not this time guys, no conversation or request on preferable, quickest route, (driver just followed Sat Nav, irrespective?? 😅) so just 2 stars for customer service this time! . If fare was as quoted ...??
