1st time using Swoop. I booked it to take me to the train station & within 4 mins my car arrived. In the past when using other taxi company apps I've booked a journey & had to wait over 15 mins after booking time to get a car. This was a prompt, reliable and reasonably priced service. Got me to the station with more than for my train. Thank you

Can't even log in, just get an error every time. (Edit post response from Swoop taxis): I am using the latest update available on the Google Play Store. Every time I try to log in using Google the app says there is an error. The "prove you're a human" tile matching thing doesn't work either which leaves the app completely unusable.

Awful experience with driver...no it's not April Fools 🙄 and no you did not tell me to contact you so the issue can be resolved, the only response you provided was "maybe this is an April fool's joke" which is a ridiculous comment. Maybe provide an email address then I can contact you. Looks like I should have just stuck to Veezu. Absolutely ridiculous responses to my review...a complete joke just like the service I received

His service was terrible, first he got my drop off destination wrong, then he falsely accused me of vaping in his car as I held my phone, I told him I don't smoke I don't vape, I don't drink, and I will never do such in his car even if I did vape, your driver still insisted several times and demanded I show him my both hands which I did just to prove my point, and he didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for his false accusation and terrible service, I will never want that particular driver

Normally the fare is as quoted on the App with Swoop i.e. this time, £9:40 - £11:00 This time it was above by £0:40.? We have used Swoop regularly now, and never an issue, always a great service drivers and cars normally offer an exceptional service and 5 stars are normally awarded. ... Not this time guys, no conversation or request on preferable, quickest route, (driver just followed Sat Nav, irrespective?? 😅) so just 2 stars for customer service this time! . If fare was as quoted ...??
