I absolutely LOVE this podcast! I love true crime, but never got into podcasts...until my husband's friend told me about this one as we discussed our love of true crime! I CAN'T stop listening. I started out with my audible subscription but wanted more, so I signed up for plus! I do hope the app will get a "bookmark" or "favorite" feature to save episodes (instead of dwnld); if I accidentally close out the app, it doesn't go back to where I left off, so if I forget what episode # I was on 🙄.

The Podcast and TV show are amazing. Best true crime content. Hands down. This app is beyond infuriating, episodes don't play in order, it just plays random episodes (I did check the sort function for episode order). Sometimes the audio pauses itself. Now every time I pause episode 290, it resumes at the 51 min mark every time. Episodes 295 stops at 8:30, then starts a different episode from the beginning. I understand "apps are hard" but this app is just filled with playback issues.

I love the show so much it is one of my favorite podcasts. It's the main podcast I listen to. I'm a plus subscriber, so I really have no choice but to use this app that being said this is the worst app I have ever used. I can't even name off all the glitches and errors that are constantly happening. I can't even get through a whole episode without having to deal with some kind of problem. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app all the things and nothing helps. Will update if fixed

App isn't letting headphones pause the episode. Have to physically pull out unlock phone open app and press pause. Pretty annoying. Use to work now I don't know what they did to the app to bug it.
