Game is stuck on initial loading screen forever on download. Tried clearing data, tried reinstalling. Will change rating if fixed.

The game was fun till 3 weeks ago I get to the daily free pull, and it just gets stuck in loading. I have Uninstaller reinstalled, made two different profiles. The first day it plays then when the daily free pull. It gets stuck in loading. I have cleared details and data catches. Tried 3 different phones. For the time I was able to play I did enjoy it. If it gets fixed or maybe when it comes to pc and can try to play then I will change my rating then as for now. 100 percent unplayable.
