Description

SWS Technician est l’application de configuration des balises de proximité SoWeSign autorisant les participants à signer sur leur propre périphérique via l’application SWS Student. Les beacons garantissent les présences dans les lieux de formation équipés de balises de proximité, et sans aucune localisation physique des individus, dans le respect de la vie privée et des obligations RGPD.

Les balises de proximité SoWeSign exploitent un protocole propriétaire crypté, compatible avec la très grande majorité des tablettes et smartphones équipés de Bluetooth… Elles sont disponibles sous forme de clé USB, badges mobiles ou boitiers fixes incluant des piles avec une durée de vie pouvant atteindre 10 ans. Ces balises peuvent être intégrées aux tablettes murales SoWeSign.

SWS Technician permet l’assignation des balises de proximité et des lieux de formation fixes (salles de cours, entrée des campus ou bâtiments, points de passage) tout comme la déclaration des balises mobiles (formateurs, extérieur).

L’utilisation de cette application nécessite un abonnement à la solution SoWeSign qui fournit le code identifiant nécessaire au démarrage de l’application.

SoWeSign génère ensuite des attestations de présence, certifiées conformes au décret 2017-382 et garantit la fiabilité des éléments de collecte grâce aux pistes d’audit, dans le contexte des financements et des contrôles CFA, OPCO, Régions, Pôle emploi, DIRECCTE…
