★★★★★ It's not that bad of an insurance or app, the app is a bit confusing at first setup wise, my only issue is how long this insurance reciprocates claims denials or EOBs having to do with coverage to your next insurance. I have MAWD and anthem takes a bit to process claims to them.

This app is accessible 24/7. Therefore, if you are unable to contact Anthem directly during normal business hours, the Sydney Health app is always available to assist you. I highly recommend its use as your primary mode of contact.

★★☆☆☆ This app has had a negative effect on my mental health. Going through the find care option, all options seem to be imaginary. Every location I called wasn't for what I was looking for, places didn't exist, doctors suggested aren't at the locations, the phone numbers are wrong. Very frustrating and when you're trying to get mental health help, it's all too much to try to actually find care. I tried enough today. I am defeated.

★★☆☆☆ Does not show the progress towards your deductible and out of pocket max, at least on Android (Galaxy S22). I can ask the chatbot for my deductible progress numerically, but when I ask for out of pocket max progress it gets confused and just tells me deductible progress. Why can't the app just show the graphical progress of both under the "medical plan" section? Instead, it is blank under the "Plan Details & Progress". Please fix this, so I can use the app instead of having to use browser.

★★☆☆☆ Anthem Customer Care Is the WORST!! In the app it is impossible to acquire the phone number to call and actually speak to a representative. Therefore, it is necessary to go look up the number, but even after Getting through, You have to wade through a wall of bots that cannot understand language very well, Only to get through to a representative who is very narrowly trained in one overly specific area. That means if you have been directed to the wrong specialty, you will need to start over and
