I am a new user so forgive my ignorance. Three suggested changes that clutter our screen experience on app: 1. Allow customer to delete past holdings in which we have $0 under the Brokerage section. 2. I was just testing the Cash Mgmt and Managed Ports section and accidentally created portfolios that I have no need for but there is no way to delete it. 3. I did fund a portfolio under Cash Mgmt, but the header just shows FLEXI. I am unable to tell with one look whether it is USD or SGD

Have been using the app for 2 years, and it has been constantly losing money after the first few months when I just signed up. Now is 10% loss. I'm really not sure if I can trust the algorithm behind its investing strategy. The whole world stock market has bounced back after COVID, but my syfe portfolio is still losing money. Don't tell me it's market fluctuations. Whole world market goes down, syfe goes down, whole world market goes up, syfe still goes down. LOUSY APP.

The app doesn't allow me to withdraw my investment funds. Pressing the Reason for withdrawal, and it doesn't response, and I cannot proceed to withdraw.

I've invested an initial sum to their REIT+ portfolio back in 2022 and have never seen positive returns, not even at any single point in time till today. Don't recommend to anyone unless you are looking for sure-lose investments.
