We recently were instructed by our housing to contact the support center because we could not get the app to function correctly or recognize the thermostat. My wife called the number and the agent stated that the app only works on Apple. This is ridiculous. What kind of company caters to one OS without an option for others?

The app disconnected from my thermostat for no discernible reason, and now won't let me reconnect it to the app. I wish it worked better because I appreciated being able to adjust the temperature from the bedroom upstairs workout having to come down in the middle of the night. It's too bad that I can't adjust the fan speed though OR set the temperature lower than 68 degrees F from the thermostat or app. I am a hot sleeper, and I am literally cooking at night because of how hot it is.
