SymptoMap is a symptom diary built around a map of the body. No account, no sign-up, no cloud: your entries stay on your phone.

LOG IN SECONDS
• Tap an area on the body map, from head to feet, and rate how it feels from 0 to 5
• Add the type (pain, stiffness, numbness or tingling), the time of day and a note if you want to
• Track whole-body symptoms too: fatigue, sleep, nausea, dizziness, fever, appetite and chills
• Forgot to log yesterday? Log it for the day it happened

WATCH IT CHANGE
• Every symptom stays open until you mark it passed, so you always know how long it has lasted
• A trajectory chart shows whether it is getting better or worse
• Resolved symptoms stay in your history, with how long they lasted and how bad they got

SPOT YOUR PATTERNS
• A calendar heatmap shows your heavier and lighter days at a glance
