HTC one m9 phone is never seen by my computer, keeps saying my phones version needs updating but it is the latest version out there for my phone, I think the website needs updating itself as both my computer and cell phone are both u to date so something went wrong somewhere as both cannot even seen my cell phone connection, windows media player can fully access the phone and even copy music and movies no problem on the same exact connection. USB connection from phone to computer.
