T-Mobile MONEY: Better Banking

★★★★★ Easy to manage funds online. Simple interface. It's been easy to contact customer service with the bank, and they've resolved my issues to my satisfaction.

★★★★★ This is an awesome bank I haven't had a problem with them one bit. I do know I was out of gas the other day and had no money so I had 4 bucks and some change on my card, so I was pumping gas, and it had gone past it and went on ahead and let me put 20 in my truck and I really appreciate that find out I get over $50 overdraft on my account and I think that's cool, thank you, T-Mobile money

★★☆☆☆ Laying your money as a liner for a bird cage is more useful and functional. They "restricted some functions" on my account and by restricted they mean everything is disabled including paper checks. Literally robbed my night to receive my check and pay rent. DO NOT BANK, BANK LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE, COMPLETE LACK OF SUPPORT IN A SERIOUS SITUATION, I'm GOING TO BE HOMELESS. CUSTOMER SERVICE GOING ON OVER 9 HOURS AT THIS POINT...NO RESPONSE YET. THE KICKER? I TRIED TO ADD AN EXTERNAL ACCOUNT

★★☆☆☆ My 2-star rating is because they lag on accepting my check deposit. If I had an actual bank they would have deposit half that same day

★★☆☆☆ Do not use this bank at all! If you think it sounds too good to be true, you are correct. I've been using this bank to save fort my surgery. I finally had enough money in it, and to book my surgery, I have to pay it all upfront. Booking slots at the end of the year is very difficult, but they were luckily able to get me in next month. THIS BANK WON'T LET YOU SPEND MORE THAN $2500 IN A DAY! Period! No exceptions (I called to approve it). Yes, they block you from spending your own money.
