I pretty much love everything about T-Mobile. T-Mobile's customer service though is top-notch. I love that they show actual customer appreciation. I also love that their employees are also allowed to make decisions on their own without going to management. All in all I think I'm a lifer for T-Mobile. So frustrated with the never ending apps and their useless menus. This is now the 6th app in only 3 years as a customer that have been *required* for me to use my phone properly. I shouldn't need 4 different apps for T-Mobile, T-Mobile benefits, scam shield, and bill pay, they should all be in ONE APP. Then to make it worse, there isn't any "delete personal data" info on any of the apps or online, you have to send a request for each one individually. The data mining is so real with T-Mobile.

I "Paused" this app for a week and got several reminders throughout a 6-hour period of it being paused. Within the 6th hour my phone showed that the T-Mobile Play app was using battery/ data within the first day of a weekly pause. I deleted it. Mobile is quickly becoming a company that I hate after numerous years with them. Deceptive is my opinion from the billing to this and I thought long and hard before I posted this.
