It works better than I expected. I appreciate the ability to either "block" a number when I'm sure it was spam or "send to voicemail" when I'm not sure. If they call again and don't leave a message or leave a spammy message I can block future calls, but if they leave a non-spam message I can return the call and mark it okay for future calls. This app saves me time and annoyance. As far as I can tell it hasn't made any false positive spam designations. Well worth it.

So far scam shield has been great making unwanted calls and text a thing of the past. Also your reverse look up work great.I can look up a number in seconds then I can tell t- mobile if I want to take the call, or I can have the call sent straight to voice mail. Gouging! You're already paying for cell service and the app used to block spam calls with the base plan. Now you have to pay an additional $4 a month for the call blocking features.

If it's supposed to block the calls then why do I get about 30 a day that are on the FCC list of scam calls If I could give it a -0 I would, I just had 5 scam calls get through

I paid for this for 2 years, and it didn't work from the 1st day. It's definitely not worth the money (even if it's only 4.99). I tried to use the most important features (blocking and sending direct to voicemail calls) it either said the feature" wasn't connecting at that time try again later" or it acted as if it was set up but, of course, didn't perform the tasks. They have free apps that will do much better, so I wouldn't recommend you waste time and money.
