Make sure your phone DOES NOT optimize this apps' battery usage, it needs to be able to run in the background to occasionally provide updates on the pet tracking. The app works great and does not drain the battery.

I Think if u made it more like a multipurpose tool. That was engaging. And personable it would be more effective. Try giving people health goals with their pets. It needs to be more engaging. I feel like if u had the option for more exercise ideas and goals. With a better tracking ability. Maybe even the ability to store music for easy on the go running. Blue tooth capabilities for headphones. People would go crazy over it. Gives them a way to include their companions in on the fun.

Tracks my cat great. Sometimes gps updates take a while. App will crash. Be nice if you could force a gps update by pressing a button. I am able to find my little one except when the tracker updates slow then it's a guess until the device updates its location

The app keeps asking me now to update and when you go to update it goes back to the installation page can't get it to work used to work fine

I keep getting notices that the devices offline! What good is a device if it is offline? If my dog goes outside safe zone while offline it's not going to tell me that he's left. I have well over 8 hours dealing with customer service at T-Mobile trying to resolve issues with this I wish I had never even considered buying. Notifications driving me crazy device offline. No it won't let me into the app because I need to update it, but it won't update. Even uninstalled, then re-installed the app.
