A user friendly app. Easy to follow workouts. A very varied choice of workouts even if you have limited equipment. The music is energising and spot on! An ideal app to keep you motivated and workout from the comfort of your home! Highly recommended!

The app provides a great combination of equipment modalities (dumbells, bands, kettlebells and bodyweight only), workout duration (4, 8, 12, 16 and 20+ minutes in standard Tabata "sets" of 4 minutes each), body part/movement pattern focus (upper body, lower body, push, pull, hinge, core and full body) and exercise intensity. A brief video demonstration of each exercise is provided at the start of the round. The instructors are motivational and enjoyable to exercise with. Tabata is a highly effective workout protocol with both aerobic and anaerobic benefits and the Tabata+ app greatly enhances the enjoyment of Tabata. The developers are receptive to feedback, are great people to interact with and should be commended on developing such a functional and comprehensive app. I highly recommend this app for people of all fitness levels!

If there is something that I can not stand is the work badly done, I downloaded Tabata from my computer to the phone, where is it? They tell me it's installed, I can't stand that the USA people who earn more than me work badly
