Simply works. Visible, easy to set up, does what is needed to do intervals of anything. Even had useful sounds. Recommend it.

I use this app all the time when I walk, I'll do a hit session of walking slow and walking fast. I think they call it Japanese walking anyway. I've also used it for daily stretches or an ab workout and I've never had a problem with the app, it's been great!
