Great content, but missing subtitles limit international viewers. I subscribed to tab ii mainly to watch Mehmed. English subtitles were available only for Season 1, with no subtitles for later seasons. I found the same issue with many other shows. Subtitles are essential for international viewers, and without them, it’s hard to continue watching or renew a subscription. Improving subtitle support would greatly help tab ii reach a global audience.

I purchased a subscription through Google Play, and my account shows that I have an active subscription. However, when I try to play videos, it says I don’t have a valid subscription. I’ve submitted multiple support tickets to the tab ii team, but nothing has been resolved. They keep asking for proof of payment which I have already sent four times, yet the issue remains. The customer support is very disappointing, and the app has glitche. I would not recommend buying a subscription from Android
