I find their support pretty good, mine quit today 2 weeks after warranty and tablo said they would work on sending me a replacement no guaranty but that's ok I just have to hope to receive a replacement. They have offline mode which makes it better mines a 4th gen from Best Buy store. If you bought yours from Best Buy online shipping the receipt will be in your best buy account orders.

There is an issue installing this with an S24 Ultra. Tried 2 routers, couldn't get it beyond Wi-Fi installed screen. Eventually I returned my 4 tuner Tablo and got a 2 tuner. Still got stuck on same installment screen. Finally, I tried installing it with my tablet... It worked immediately. Wish I could get my 4 tuner back.

Decent functionality for the appliance price. App is free of course. Setup was easy from app. It found the Tablo device on local network without any trouble. Had some issues with channel scan and had to restart app but then ok. It seems like it might be prone to losing the stream via wireless and does not recover unless reselect channel. Works fine on a fire cube g3 though. The UI on the android app is actually quite nice. Privacy concerns like as in there is no privacy. You are the product etc

It's a little slow to load, but I use it to record OTA, so it doesn't really bother me. Support was great when my tablo burnt out, they sent a new one out and the bad unit went back in the prepaid box.

Not good. I am connected with Ethernet to all 3 TVs but only 1 TV works. My phone or the other TVs don't see the Tablo device. Tech support is basic and not very knowledgeable. If I had to do it over again I would have gotten something else.

I don't know if it's the app or the firmware on the device, but this is so buggy it's almost unusable. It took me days of trying to get it all setup and channels synced without freezing up. Now I have it setup, it randomly freezes video of live TV and recordings have yet to actually record or play. I hope there are updates coming.

Tablo and it's app is the worst Return ASA Tablo and the app are the worst Return if you can Code never comes through and if it doesn't work. Negative 2 stars.

The new 4th generation sucks!!! I wish I could go back to the original one. Had no problems at all with that one. Keeps losing connection, constantly spinning try to load. I would rather pay $5 a month for guide and use my old tablo!!!!!!
