Very bade service, internet always in very slow speed, every time disconnected tekyon broadband wale service ke Dinon ko kam kar dete hai, meri ek senior Se bahas hui undone service ke Dinon ko kam kar diya

Worst broadband ever I have used, the service is literally 💩💩💩 they most of the time didn't pick call. I'm a student and faced a lot of internet failure from their end. Don't even think once to install IFTTT!!

Have to suffer 4 to 5 times in a month with loss of signal, they take minimum one whole day to resolve the issue, Pathetic service pathetic customer care, I never recommend to anyone to go for tachyon .......

Very poor service. Will recommend not to use this broadband. Very slow speed and, will get network issue most of the time.

Tachyon Broadband App is specially designed for all the customers of the Tachyon Broadband. The App helps the customer to manage their account with ease whether it is renewal of plan, modification of plans, making payments and lodging complaints. The customer can also receive notifications from the ISP's. The option of making online payments as well as requesting for a pickup of cash/cheque is also available on the app. Session logs of the browsing as well as logs of the complaint can also be viewed on the App itself.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
