Your service far better than other fiber connections, providing 100Mbps at just 589rs. In the past three months, I haven't encountered any speed or connection issues, in the past three months. Unlike my other fiber provider (a popular one) that went offline every 20 days. I've been using Tachyon connection for over a year, and I appreciate the significant improvements in your service.

Very poor service. Will recommend not to use this broadband. Very slow speed and, will get network issue most of the time.

Very poor service. They are not able to handle the customer's demand. There is frequent disconnections, sudden speed capping of 5mbps in top plan. They don't care how much important your work is. they don't respond on time. Worst ISP experience so far. Tachyon should simply stop making false promise and mislead the market.
