I bought my 5.0 two months ago and had issues with laggy videos on the app. Then a month and a half went by, and it wouldn't let me review my videos on the app anymore. I was unable to fix it myself, so I emailed tactical and within a couple of days "Emily" emailed me a link to download to try of the tactical app. I Uninstalled the original app and downloaded hers, and it looked the same except this one worked. So I deleted the junk videos that I had quick while it worked! I'm greatful. God bless.

The app works, but it would be awesome if it had better instructions. I got my camera second hand so no manual. Found the manual online, but it would be really simple to just include the PDF in the app. Connecting, editing modes and such works well once you understand how to do it.

Will not work in my Moto G power. Tried it every way described and was told to check Wi-Fi connection. Checked and was told it was ok. Wtlf.

The app is trash. My Tactical 4.0 used to work fine. Now it will connect, but under "ssid unknown" and with zero functionality other than the live view. Cannot access settings, videos, etc. and app keeps freezing. I have done everything customer support has recommended: manually downloading firmware from the website, formatting SD card, uninstalling and reinstalling the app... HOURS of time wasted. Looking at the reviews, it seems they have been aware of this issue for months and still no fix.

Love the camera not the app. Will not work with newer phones. I have a note 9 and note 10, neither one will sync to the camera. I do have an old Galaxy S5 active that works great with the camera. I end up using this phone just for my Tactical and my other hunting cameras. For what the camera cost, seems like they could spend a little money to fix the app, so it will work with newer phones.
