Will not connect Bluetooth nor will it find my tac pro?

No longer works. This app used to work for rebinding keys on the Hori Tactical Assault Commander Pro for Xbox One, but it cannot even connect now. Despite deleting and downloading the app multiple times, it cannot even find the device via Bluetooth. It's a shame because this app is the only way this device can have its keys rebound; and thus the product has become defunct.

I just bought this for my PS4 pro. Trying to set it up for the advance settings on my tablet to get certain things precise. Mouse sensitivity, button mapping, etc. The Bluetooth is not pairing with my console nor my tablet correctly. My tablet is up-to-date 4.4 OS and so is my PS4 pro. It does work. I'm able to move around and such, but I need more specific settings to my liking which anyone would understand👍👍. Please someone helps. The company. Something! 😭🙂
