What sets Tactics Maiden apart is a strong enemy AI and flexible character builds with skill points that can be redistributed at will.
Each battle presents its very own challenges, so the player has to refine his strategies and his army of heroes and mercenaries constantly. All player units are carried over from scenario to scenario, and the units can be customized to a high degree: A complex skill system, more than 1000 equipable items, customized unit names.
Tactics Maiden comprises a compelling medieval fantasy story connecting all 85 scenarios, as well as 36 unique character classes, and over 70 special skills like 'Heal', 'Shield Allies', 'Ambush', or 'Magic Missile'.
Thanks to its 5 difficulty settings that can be adjusted mid-game, Tactics Maiden is suited for both novice players and veteran strategy gamers.
The first 8 scenarios are free to play. The full game can be unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase.

This is a great tactics game! I keep coming back to it repeatedly. I
recommend trying the Mangobile games in the order they were made: -Kingturn
Underworld -Kingturn RPG -Kingturn Plus -Tactics Maiden They're all good
but each adds new features. Different difficulty settings are handy. It
takes a little time to develop your offensive & defensive techniques. It's
easy to play/somewhat difficult master. Death results in a time out for
that fighter so you can always try again. It's rewarding to see your plan
finally come together. Better graphics would be nice, but the gameplay more
than compensates. Surprisingly tactical.

Excellent turn based strategy with stagger number of classes, character abilities, and loot. Levels are puzzle like utilizing environmental barriers and massive enemy onslaughts. The respawn system works well preventing simple win by attrition and requiring enemies be tactically outmaneuvered. Enemy intelligent is strong, difficulty is adjustable mid-game. Epic game, well worth the one time IAP to unlock. The developer has continued to focus on Tactics Maiden recently launching on Steam with cross play capability and additional characters. Not many games have had this level of support over the past 4 years.

It is a great game, but I can't afford paying for it so would be great if you can give us the full game for free. Would change my rating to 5 if you could do that.

Game is okay. You can't replay levels so to remain useful you have to purposely let the enemy have one base and farm that outpost till you get bored. No reason to change equipment at all unless you get a lucky drop from enemy. The enemy will always gang up on the unit protecting the closest outpost. 1 fighter, 3healers, and all magicians/archers is usually the only way you will bother playing. Still worth a look though.
