“Tadayou” is an application to support your meditation.
Utilizing the features of smartphone through visions, music, and operations, we assist you to achieve your peaceful moment without thinking of anything.

It is said that humans have an average of over 6,000 thoughts per day(*1). The brain is constantly working and has no time to rest. By intentionally setting aside time to not think about anything, it is possible to allow the mind and brain to rest. Use Tadayou to give your mind a workout of at least 5 minutes per day to reduce stress and improve your ability to concentrate.

# Relax in the slowly flowing circles

A number of circles are going with the flow of the music. Let’s gaze at the moving circles, zone out, and relax.

# Swipe in the rhythm of your breaths

Swipe with your finger in the rhythm of your breaths to see the circles contract and the background changes. By visualizing your breaths, you are able to concentrate to breath consciousness.

# Add and visualize distractions

When worldly thoughts come up to your mind in your meditation, add them on the screen. By visualizing these distractions, you are able to view them objectively and once again concentrate in your breaths.

- Those are pressurized in daily life and would love to destress
- Those who would further train up concentration
- Those who tend to think negatively
