So easy to use; installed in our house in Austria it gives us quick and easy access to control the heating system meaning peace of mind that we are arriving to a warm home after months away!

Full of bugs. Setting schedule requires setting finish time first as setting start time first takes the default finish time, so removes possible values meaning I cant set the time I want! If you want to scroll the day's schedule in detail it zooms in but when trying to scroll, it would scroll the screen to the Away page tab! And worst of all, tado relies on internet to be able to schedule your heating and hot water! No backup schedule! So either no heat or heat is always on when Internet down!

Now only a yellow screen with Tado written in the middle. Before: Nope. This is for Android users a bad experience. If you push for instant room temp, then another field is projected, wich is too big. So you can not adjust the time. They are still unable to design the virtual control knobs in a good way. With an Ipad it works oké. The company is German, the quality not. And, continuously report of low batteries in rooms, but the batteries are fine ... and, after a while the warnings are gone...

TL;DR: don't buy Update: the response is sad. App is buggy as hell. Auto-Assist is overpriced and free with competitions The tado devices are always online. There's no real way to integrate them into on-prem systems (other than their cloud). The window detection (and some other stuff) is behind a paywall. So if they ever decide to pull the plug, all ur devices will be non-functional.
