TagWeaver is an offline MP3 ID3 and FLAC tag editor. Choose a file to edit title, artist, album, track and disc numbers, year, composer, genre, rating, basic and extra metadata, album art, plain lyrics, and synced LRC lyrics. Only the changes you explicitly choose are saved.

The Library groups files you add by relative folder. Search, path sorting, a quick index, and manual order help you find and arrange those files; folder sections can be collapsed or expanded. In the editor, review a read-only change preview and apply sequential track numbering before you explicitly save.

EXACTLY WHAT I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR!! Works perfectly, too! I've been wanting an android tagger that supports custom tags for AGES. I'm so happy to have finally found one! I can finally use Disc Subtitles without transferring files to my PC and back, lol. Only criticism is the lack of FLAC support. I'd definitely like that in a newer update if possible. But gosh, I'm ecstatic to have found this!

[UPDATED] This is an extremely good tag editor. I like how this app is so simple, can only access files you give permission to, has ability to load AND export album covers and has no ads but only one in-app purchase. I had an issue with being unable to change flac album covers, but the dev fixed it after my review. Although this app can only edit mp3 and flac files, it works great for what it advertises itself as.
