★★★★★ This is my 1st day of the 28-day challenge. I just completed Day 1. So far so good, im not use to a workout being so easy;however that's what these exercises are all about & I give them a 5 star on my 1st day, i do feel more relaxed; but pumped & ready for more as though I just finished an intense warm-up!I'm not new fitness, ive been doing it since my 20s im 55 ;(Billy Blanks Tae bo, Stationary bike, Tamillee Webb, Denise Austin, Greg Smythe, Mari Windsor, Tony Little). I worked my tail off & im disabled!

★★☆☆☆ Meh. The 'exercises' aren't really exercises tbh, its more just excessively slow movement. If you have any level of fitness it won't really do much. All the other videos outside the free 30-day plan it gives you need paying for and plan it gives you isn't tai chi It's very, very basic yoga at a push. it's not what im looking for but if you injured, elderly or have restricted movement for whatever reason it might suit you. there's also nowhere to delete acc unless you email them which is annoying

★★☆☆☆ Instructions don't always match the avatar. The instructions should be given before and for first rep. I've only used for 2 days. The exercises are very doable. The total work is less than 10 minutes so easy to fit in multiple times a day of motivated

★★☆☆☆ I downloaded it started the quiz then it wouldn't go farther than asking if I'm experienced in it and I couldn't go past it. Had to delete
