This has been a very helpful free app to give basic guidance for practicing tai chi. I'm only through a few days in the beginner level, but have been very happy with how I feel the rest of the day.

Very bad experience using this app. I am uninstalling it. This app is riddled with adverts every step of the exercise program. It disrupts the whole flowvof the exercise and is unusable. If i don't want the ads I have to pay additional fee to stop the ads from popping up. that's not going to work for me, as I did not expect needing to pay extra to stop the ads. So I am uninstalling it. For anyone intending to download this app, please bear this in mind. I highly regret downloading it

Do not install this app! I was about to purchase a full year use of this app when I got too sick to work out for a while, now that I can start again this app has turned to trash! Ads none stop! When I was using this app before, I had a lot more control of workout with skip buttons that have been taken away, the animation is garbage, the best thing about this app is the music that plays during the workout but with so many ads you can't even enjoy it.

ZERO STARS - Not tai chi - Sign up takes you to Walk-Fit.io. - no mention of Tai Chi at all. It is a Subscription to increase your walking.
