Only one word. WOW! A huge improvement over previous version. Now I can renew my private motor insurance thru-the-app, pay online and just collect at the nearest TBA branch. Easy to use but unfortunately for musafir certificate it takes longer period to appear to 'my takaful' can you fix it? We have to wait for working days & hours to ask for musafir certificate through calling takaful or WhatsApp, it's not automatically generated, please fix the matter because the apps goes well & awesome already.

Required to update the app, and now it's no longer compatible with my device. This is very inconvenient. Like, do people have to buy the latest phones just so we can use the app? Why can't they make their app work on most device?

I had a really good experience for a couple of years running to renew my car insurance and explore their other products - but they recently had an update saying Huawei phones isn't compatible for the latest update. All other Brunei apps work on my phone well, including banking apps. I've asked, so Huawei can be made compatible for the app, so we'll see now. I don't think I appreciate it with my busy schedule having to go and queue manually to apply for my car insurance when I had a better option
