This app does exactly what I need. It allows me to track my medicines and ensure I'm not taking them more frequently than prescribed. The only issue I have is that if I take a medicine at 11pm with a 4-hour dosage, for example, it will not show the remaining "Available in" time after 12am since the medication is no longer shown on the Today screen. Maybe the Last Dose message could read Yesterday 11:00 pm until the next dosage is available.
