Very reliable for operational office and vary industry

My company has been using this attendance app for over two months now. The app has a great interface and plenty of features, but it’s extremely slow during peak hours—especially around 5:00 PM when people are leaving work. It’s very frustrating; we end up waiting to half an hour just to clock out. Please improve the server capacity, especially during peak hours.

The app does not capture my clocking time and had to do it more than 3 times whenever I wanted to clock in or out. It's already few months. Fyi, I always clocking inside the ofc and using my ofc Wi-Fi connection or my own data, the app gps able to locate my location, it's within the range. I have launched report before, and it was ok for about 1–3 days. Then it happens again, and the app has been updated accordingly. Hope the dev can figure out the issue. Thanks.

This application often doesn’t work properly. I always have difficulty clocking in and clocking out. Even though it shows as successful, it doesn’t get recorded in the attendance system. It’s extremely frustrating
