Very reliable for operational office and vary industry

Talenta is one of the most frustrating attendance apps I've used. It frequently lags, loads slowly, and sometimes fails to record attendance properly. For an attendance app, reliability should be the top priority. To make matters worse, I started receiving promotional offers for other Mekari products after using the app. The overall experience is disappointing, both in terms of performance and privacy. Not recommended. 👎

On July 12, 2026, I registered for Mekari Talenta and was assisted by Ms. Yulia. Initially, everything went smoothly, so I allowed them to contact my personal WhatsApp regarding the presentation invitation. Due to my tight schedule, I clearly informed them that I would reach out to set up the presentation schedule as soon as I had a free slot. However, I have been relentlessly contacted every single day since then, which I find highly irritating. It feels as though I am in debt and being chased

My company has been using this attendance app for over two months now. The app has a great interface and plenty of features, but it’s extremely slow during peak hours—especially around 5:00 PM when people are leaving work. It’s very frustrating; we end up waiting to half an hour just to clock out. Please improve the server capacity, especially during peak hours.
