On July 12, 2026, I registered for Mekari Talenta and was assisted by Ms. Yulia. Initially, everything went smoothly, so I allowed them to contact my personal WhatsApp regarding the presentation invitation. Due to my tight schedule, I clearly informed them that I would reach out to set up the presentation schedule as soon as I had a free slot. My company has been using this attendance app for over two months now. The app has a great interface and plenty of features, but it’s extremely slow during peak hours—especially around 5:00 PM when people are leaving work. It’s very frustrating; we end up waiting to half an hour just to clock out. Please improve the server capacity, especially during peak hours.
