Talking Clock: Time Announcer

Talking Clock announces the current time at intervals you choose — every 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. It actually works with your screen off, survives phone reboots, and never interrupts you with ads.

⏰ THE TALKING CLOCK THAT ACTUALLY WORKS
Unlike other time announcer apps, Talking Clock uses precise alarm scheduling to deliver announcements on time, every time. It runs as a foreground service so Android won't kill it in the background. It restarts automatically after your phone reboots. No more missed announcements.
