Talking GPS Speedometer is a convenient fitness app that helps you track your speed and heart rate while running, walking, cycling, or skiing. It measures your speed using GPS and announces it by voice, so you can train safely without looking at your phone. Use it as a bike speedometer, a GPS speed tracker for running, or a heart rate monitor via Bluetooth. Perfect for athletes who want to keep an eye on their heart rate during workouts and maintain optimal training intensity.

During your workout, the app announces your speed and heart rate by voice, allowing you to stay focused on your movement. You can lock your phone and keep it in your pocket — the talking speedometer continues to provide voice speed alerts through headphones or a Bluetooth headset. It’s ideal for running, cycling, walking, or skiing, where looking at your screen can be distracting or unsafe. The app supports real-time heart rate monitoring via Bluetooth LE chest sensors, giving you accurate and convenient HR tracking throughout your activity.

Talking GPS Speedometer connects to Bluetooth heart rate sensors such as POLAR H9, Magene H64, and others. This connection ensures precise heart rate tracking while running or cycling, helping you train within a safe heart rate zone. With accurate pulse control and HR monitoring, you can improve your endurance, avoid overtraining, and stay in the optimal performance range for your fitness level.

In the settings, you can select which type of speed is announced — current, average, or maximum — and adjust the time interval between alerts. Notification intervals can range from 15 to 900 seconds, making the app suitable for both short runs and long rides. You can also enable pace alerts for each kilometer, which is useful for running speed measurement or cycling. The app works as a GPS speedometer with voice alerts, allowing you to train comfortably and safely without looking at your phone.

Tap the Start button, and Talking GPS Speedometer will begin tracking your speed and heart rate in real time. Once started, you can lock your screen and put your phone away — the app will keep working in the background, announcing your speed and pulse through your headset or Bluetooth earphones. This makes your workouts safer and more convenient. A voice speedometer with heart rate tracking is perfect for running, biking, skiing, or hiking — anytime you need to know your speed and control your training load by HR.
