TalkMate: AI Chat & Voice Call

Pick a mate and start talking. TalkMate is an AI chat and voice call app with 100+ AI mates: everyday people like baristas, chefs, grandmas, taxi drivers, nurses and students, each with their own life, voice and personality. Text them, or call for a real-time voice chat whenever you feel like it. Just easy, natural conversation.

WHO'S ON THE LINE?
A barista in Riyadh who knows everyone's order. A taxi driver in Istanbul with opinions about the traffic. A nonna in Naples who wants to know if you've eaten. A ramen chef in Fukuoka, a student in Berlin, a nurse, a mechanic and many more. Each mate has a background and stays in character, so every chat feels like talking to someone with a real point of view.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Real-time voice calls: talk out loud and hear natural, in-character replies
• Live captions: see what you and your mate say, as you say it
• Calls keep going with the screen locked
• Text chat: send a quick message whenever typing suits you better
• Create your own mates: pick a name, job, age, gender and a few words about them, choose the language they speak from 99 languages, and get an AI-generated photo
• Ratings and reviews: see what others think of a mate and share your own take (reviews are moderated)
• 11 languages: the app and its built-in mates speak English, Spanish, Turkish, German, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Japanese, Arabic and Korean

FREE AND PRO
TalkMate is free to use, with a daily allowance of messages and voice time. TalkMate Pro removes the message limit and gives you up to 60 minutes of voice calls a day. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly; where available, the yearly plan can also be paid monthly with a 12-month commitment. You can manage or cancel it anytime in the Play Store under Subscriptions.

PRIVATE AND SIMPLE
No account, no sign-up. Your chats, mates and settings are stored on your device. Your messages and voice are sent only to create replies and aren't stored on our servers.

TalkMate is for fun, casual conversation. Mates are AI and can make mistakes.
